ConBlock SH is a non-toxic, waterborne penetrating concrete sealer made from a proprietary blend of inorganic materials that reacts with Portland Cement Concrete to create crystalline formations within the concrete pore structure. Applying ConBlock SH improves the durability, chemical resistance, and hardness, as well as reducing the porosity of concrete. ConBlock SH is used regularly on highways, bridge decks, and other concrete exposed to freeze-thaw and deicers. Additionally, ConBlock SH reduces “dusting” on concrete surfaces which is beneficial in preparing the surface for the application of coatings and adhesives. ConBlock SH will not change the color of your concrete and can be polished after treatment to create a glossy sheen. Since ConBlock SH is a penetrating sealer and not a coating, the surface characteristics are virtually unaffected.
