- Very Low Permeability - Resistant to diecing salts, chloride, and chemical attack, and environmental pollution.
- Radon Barrier - Stops radon infiltration.
- Breatability - Will not cause damage to structure by restricting moisture vapor flow.
- Two Colors - Available in white and gray - use in alternate coats to ensure proper coverage.
